GENESIS OF THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF TRANSFORMATION ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Transformation of economic systems is an integral component of the modern global world, because the development of economic system is nonlinear, unstable, multivariate and contradictory process. So the author researches and systematizes various concepts and theories on the rationale the nature, causes and ways of transforming economic systems, the main ones are: civilization, formational, evolutionary convergence, modernization, institutional, technocratic-futurological and synergistic approaches. It is established that researching the processes of transforming economic systems stood out as a separate direction (economic transitology) in modern conditions. The development stages of the transitology and the main aspects of the research are shown. Also, the author suggests a generalized scheme of realization of transforming economic systems, which includes characteristics and types of transformations. The aggravation of social, political and economic transformation takes place in modern conditions in Ukraine that is complicated by the need to defend the sovereignty, to carry out fundamental economic and social reforms in terms of the global challenges. Therefore, the article presents the main problems that causes the current transformational crisis in Ukraine and the aims of further transformation of the national economy.
