As a result of sanctions imposed by the EU countries against Russia, our country faced with favorable environment for the development of a strong agricultural sector. Domestic farmers can take their rightful place in the food niches and be competitive. At the same time, the demand for highly qualified professionals of the agricultural sector increases. It is necessary to pay attention to training and retraining of farmers, because of direct relationship between the skills of workers and the effectiveness of his work.
