Abstract

It is understood that education should be of high quality. However, there is no unified definition of education quality. Different institutional structures have various images of education quality. The main goal of higher education is development and implementation of mechanisms providing education quality. The authors suggest their definition of education quality and reveal the role of system of education quality management in higher educational institution.
