THE FORMATION OF FISCAL SYSTEM OF TATAR AUTONOMOUS SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC IN 20S OF THE XX CENTURY

The article deals with the activity of People's Commissar during the first months of October Revolution. The author uses some archival materials as well as explanations of some peculiarities of formation of Soviet fiscal structures. The necessary reconstruction of imperial fiscal institutions destroyed by revolution and parallel formation of the new fiscal institutions under the new government were carried out. A shift of these institutions to the new work principles took place.
