Abstract
The article deals with the data of residual knowledge of accidence by Pedagogical University graduates ? the future primary school teachers. Some tasks are made correctly by the majority of students, others are not and this is substantiated in the article. The ways of correcting mistakes are suggested. The necessity of structural and semantic approach to words as parts of speech and their grammar categories is emphasized
