Abstract

Nowadays the issue of motivation has urgent character and unfortunately leads to inefficiency of employee or his / her dismission. Success of organization depends on staff efficiency, which is motivation. The article deals with the various understandings of motivation concept by scientists. Scientific analysis of staff motivation is conducted.
