CLASSIFICATION OF EMOTIONS CAUSED BY FAVORABLE, UNFAVORABLE AND UNCERTAIN BEHAVIORAL SITUATIONS

The work purpose ? to investigate the dependence of emotions on character of behavioral situations. The analysis of respondents’ opinions showed that each of adverse (danger, loss, fight), favorable (useful acquisition, cooperation expansion) and uncertain behavioral situations is interfaced to concrete emotion, which is classified as negative − fear, chagrin or aggression, as positive ? pleasure or sympathy, and in case of an uncertain situation ? as surprise. The essence of emotion consists in preparation for performance of the actions caused by standard behavioral situation, and the form of emotion depends on the leading behavioral motivation.
