THE ECONOMIC ESSENCE OF DEFINITION "FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS" IN TERMS OF UKRAINIAN AND WESTERN SCIENCE

This article analyzes the definition in several of approaches proposed by Ukrainian and Western scientists. Studying basic concepts which used by scientists by exploring the financial system elements is aimed to outline the basic principles of a more efficient economic system as a whole. By the aim of determine the economic substance in one expression, in the article we have sum up the process of comparing different definitions and analyzing the main strengths and weaknesses by allocating the main characteristics of the definition of "financial instruments".
