MODEL OF CALCULATION OF SYNERGETIC EFFECT IN REORGANIZATION OF THE TERRITORIAL STRUCTURE OF THE REGION

In the today’s Russia, we observe the considerable territorial differentiation that leads to the deceleration of the economic growth rates at the regional and the federal levels. One of the way out could be the territorial transformation of municipalities of the region that will allow reducing the asymmetry in their development, and to direct the resources released from economy to the solution of actual questions of local destination. In this research work, we offered the developed the calculation model of the gained synergetic effect from transformation of municipalities.
