RESEARCH OF PROBLEMS OF TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS FOR THE SPHERE OF TOURISM BUSINESS

One of the dynamically developing branches is tourism. The Irkutsk region takes the leading place among the Siberian regions in the tourism industry. The developing of this branch is rather actively, prospects of its further strengthening and expansion are developed. However, there are some problems of interest discrepancy of employers and graduates of the educational institutions teaching experts for the tourism sphere: one want to receive the completely ready experts, others ? a high salary and an adequate assessment of their opportunities. In this article there are the requirements of employers to university graduates, the results of sociological meanings poll of students regarding the compliance of the gained knowledge to these requirements are analyzed. By the analysis we used the statistical data of Irkutskstat, results of polls of employers and graduates received from the scientific publications and sociological researches which are carried out by authors of the article.
