The technology of receiving the magnesia aerocrete block of variatropic structure is developed. Formation of a product with variable porosity is reached by layerwise laying foam mass with various density. The research of a microstructure revealed a small deficiency of high-porous magnesia foam-concrete. The heat-technical calculations allowed determining of the admissible thickness of layers of variatropic concrete. The calculation scheme of loadings of the block is constructed. The possibility of use of blocks of variatropic structure in walls is proved by the analysis of variation model of loadings changes.
