FACTORS OF INCREASE OF INVESTMENT APPEAL OF THE RUSSIAN REGIONS

Relevance of a subject of research is caused by sharp increase of a role of foreign investments in developments of world economy. In work is shown that now the economy of the majority of regions of the country continues to have deficiency of attraction of additional sources of financing that is caused by shortage of internal means of accumulation, limitation of financing of investments. In research the mechanism of attraction of foreign investments into economy of the Russian regions is presented. Various conditions of increase of invest- ment appeal reveal. It is shown that attraction of the foreign capital has to proceed from strat- egy of social and economic development of the country, fully accord it to national interests
