Abstract

The possibilities of using information technology for the purpose of studying to develop distance education and e-learning are considered. The types and categories of the Internet technology applications in the information competence teaching and learning process of conflict resolution students are summarized. Advantages and disadvantages of using the tools of Web 2.0 technology to build a competency-based model of the student are emphasized.
