Abstract

The article deals with the issue of using case-study method in teaching solfeggio for Music Education major. Case-study method is relatively new in the disciplines of the humanities. The author of the article provides examples of possible cases in teaching solfeggio for future music teachers. Including this kind of technique in academic disciplines allows it to bring the teaching material nearer to the future practical activity of the students and to equip them with competence required for the specific profession
