Abstract

One of the basic aims while curing chronic periodontitis is affecting the microflora of main canal, dentin tubules and deltoid branches, which has an impact on successful root canal treatment. Proper disinfection of root canals includes usage of those methods and measures, which affect the microflora prevalent in root canals. The anaerobic root canal microflora identification of 34 patients with chronic periodontitis is conducted by the method of 16s RNA variable region base sequence identification. Root canal anaerobic microflora microbial landscape while complicated caries is characterized by prevalence of Streptococcus tigurinus, Streptococcus vestibularis, Streptococcus bovis, Streptococcus milleri and Streptococcus intermedius. Prevalent Streptococcus tigurinus. Streptococcus tigurinus, Streptococcus vestibularis, Streptococcus bovis, Streptococcus milleri and Streptococcus intermedius are pathogenic germs, affecting the progression of infective endocarditis, brain fever, brain, pleura, lungs abscess and bacillemia.
