MOTIVATIONAL ASPECT OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF THE TEACHER-MUSICIAN

Article is devoted the description of results of research of characteristics of a motivational profile of students musicians. As characteristics of motivation of choice of profession of the teacher social mental sets of the personality in the field of motivation are considered. In the course of research qualitative interdependence between the vital purposes of students musicians and the prevailing characteristics of motivation was revealed. Results of research can act as a basis for further studying of a problem and professional orientation work with students of higher education institution
