Abstract

The article deals with an issue of ship energy efficiency management plan development. RETScreen and Eco8 are considered as preliminary assessment tools, raising the energy efficiency. They were used for frequency changer profitability examination for induction motor with propulsion motor cooling blower short-circuited rotor of Captain Chechkin icebreaker ship. The issue of energy efficiency structural factor counting is considered in the case of above mentioned measures implementation.
