Abstract
The article considers the issues associated with the necessity of quality assessment for customer service at construction for enterprises. As a result of the work conducted, the quality assessment information system for customer service at construction, meeting the whole range of the task required was developed. On the whole this system provides the function of query assessment by means of e-mail service without the necessity of logging in the system of query registration and processing, the function of notifications, the function of assessing the customer’s satisfaction level.
