PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF NOVOSIBIRSK TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS HUB

The role of Novosibirsk transport hub in the transport and logistical system of Russia is considered in the article. Transport and logistics infrastructure of Novosibirsk region, the urgency and prospects of its development are analyzed. Summarizing the results of the study, following conclusions have been made: 1) creation of the OJSC RZhD distriport on the basis of Novosibirsk transport hub will allow to speed up goods traffic, reduce rollingstock requirements, continuously provide a full set of transport and logistics services and increase the yield of transport and logistics business; 2) geographical location of Novosibirsk transport hub determines its high investment attractiveness.
