PRINCIPLES OF LAW IN NATIONAL LEGISLATION

The article discusses the doctrinal approachesconcerning the definition of principles of law. The features of a restatement of principles of law in national legislationare investigated. It isdefined that despite the fact that not all the principles of law are enshrined in national legislation, the principles of law that are set out in national legislation reflect the peculiarities and specifics of legal right. However, the principles of law are not limited to legislation, but include other social regulators.
