TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF М-4007, М-4011 COTTON PLANT FIBER IN SEED NURSERY

Upon seed growing activities carried out at original and elite nurseries, both original and elite seeds maintained the purity of variety from 99 to 100 %, fully complied with the requirements of cotton-seed standard and gave the germination capacity from 96 to 98 % which is at least equal to first class and the germination rate of 93 %, while the fiber also showed high performance with fiber length of 34,0 mm, fiber yield from 38,7 to 39,3 %, and micronaire of 4,6 mic for М-4011 variety and fiber length of 34,1 mm, fiber yield from 38,7 to 39,9 % and micronaire of 4,5 mic for М-4007 variety
