Abstract

The article is devoted to the most current issues of educational process humanization in the modern higher educational establishment. The authors analyze the issues of formation of motivational sphere for students and the necessity for complex studying of individual characteristics of students. Special attention is given to the formation of creativity and creation of the favorable psychological climate in higher educational institution.
