Abstract
In article the creation of quantum structures with use of semiconductors, receiving of quantum structured by means of molecular beam epitaxy, also application of quantum semiconductor structures in electronics, resonant diodes and their work principles, a photocurrent indicator at resonant tunneling in the resonant diode are considered.
