Abstract

Given the analysis of vibration platforms technological capabilities with a single unbalance vibration excitation developed on constraction department “vibration technique” PoltNTU. It is noted that these vibration platform cann’t allows to form a complicated configuration concrete products and products from the rigid concrete mixtures Expounded the basic principles of modern vibration units constructed with a spatial oscillations. Given a brief description and analysis developed in PoltNTU vibration frame type settings with a spatial oscillations for forming reinforced concrete chutes, multihollow overlaps panel, fences, elevator cabs, concrete rings and etc. Proposed vibration settings in aggregate provide produce of all formed nomenclature precast concrete products from small to largesized, from flat to volumetric in any reinforced concrete plants production environment.
