GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF OPTIOMAL DESIGN TECHNOLOGIES OF UNDERGROUND PARTS OF BUILDINGS

The article presents the results of studies on the formation of methods of selection the effective construction technology of underground buildings part at construction outside a pit with the help of jib cranes, and provides comprehensive search for optimal technological and design decisions of foundations. Methods of selecting effective foundations building technology at construction outside the pit should consist in determining such aggregate of structural elements, sequence of work fronts development, mechanization and its quantity, which would provide for the increasing use of cranes lifting capacity.
