Abstract

155 patients were investigated for the detection of the feature of the course of rheumatoid joint inflammation with the high level of antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptide in blood (antiCCP). The levels of growth factor of fibroblasts, aldosterone, antiCCP in blood were determined by ELISA method. The patients with rheumatoid joint inflammation with the level of antiCCP >40 МЕ/мл in blood have more significant decrement indices of articular syndrome, index of life quality, increase in immunoinflammatory process indices and proliferation-associated marker increase in comparison with the patients with the low level of antiCCP.
