Those Kazakhs, whose native language is not Kazakh, create a marginal group concerning the mother tongue, culture, customs and traditions. The mentioned group is far from national traditions and moral, accordingly the given group’s representatives are not able to be fully included into the system of values of that nation, also, they cannot accept, understand and peep deeply into the importance of that nation’s culture. Language is the soul of the nation. Spirituality it takes its root from a mother tongue. Due to a mother tongue, there is a connection with ancestors’ past.
