RELEVANCE OF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION PROCESSES

The article discusses aspects of determining innovation efficiency. The basis of the formation of a new stage of economic development is a fundamental change in the technological mode of production, approaches to the use of production factors, the nature of human relations in production, their relationship to technology and nature. Backbone by this phenomenon appears a transition from resource-intensive to technology-intensive, high-performance technology, a deep restructuring of the economy. Creation and further development of the national innovation infrastructure is one of the priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
