Abstract

The article deals with the necessity of usage of marketing approach to the assessment of investment prospects of special objects of commercial real estate in leisure sphere ? small hotels. The main notions of the new aspect of marketing investment analysis are determined. The author suggests the methodology of investment prospects assessment of small hotels as commercial property, which includes the principles of investment prospects assessment based on marketing approach and special factors groups of attractiveness of small hotels.
