ANALYSIS OF THE TENSE STATE AT PLASTIC BENDING OF DOUBLELAYER SHEETS BY PLATING LAYER INSIDE

In the article, on the basis of analysis of the tense state of double-layer sheets at a plastic bending a plating layer inside, a mathematical model is working out that it is possible to define distribution of tensions on the thickness of sheet. On the basis of these relations the radius of curvature of neutral surface of tensions, necessary for determination of flexion moment and maximum and possible radiuses flexible double-layer sheets, is determined. The relations allow to determine position of neutral surface in the double-layer sheets made from any metals.
