Abstract
The article deals with the issue of Renaissance and creative work of Ali-Shir Nava'I on the basis of articles of N.I. Konrad and V.M. Zhirmunsky. Studying the development of views of Russian scientists of XX century is the current issue of the modern comparative studies. The analysis of researches of the Russian scientists allows solving a complex of historic and literary issues.
