LEARNERS` SPEECH-BASED DEVELOPMENT AS AN URGENT TASK OF TODAY`S EDUCATION

The interrelation of speech development of the person with some aspects of his individual and personal development is considered. Definition of the concept of speech development as one of the current issues of modern education is presented. The necessity of studying the peculiarities of speech-based development at different stages of education is grounded. The role of Foreign Language as a classroom discipline is described. The reasons of the existing deficiency of speech development in teaching foreign languages are considered.The list of pedagogical efficiency factors is suggested.
