OSTIUM SECUNDUM ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT ASSOCIATED WITH ISOLATED DYSPLASTIC POSTERIOR MITRAL LEAFLET A CASE REPORT

Majority of the ostium secundum atrial septal defects are associated with cardiac and non cardiac defects. Among the mitral valve defects the prolapse of mitral valve is most commonly noted. We report a rare case of ostium secundum atrial septal defect presented with small and dysplastic posterior mitral leaflet along with poly cystic kidney disease.
