In this article national sport games, which teacher have to use in teaching and educational process, are considered. Such games promotes formation of the correct and responsible attitude to the health, skills of healthy
lifestyle, formation of dislike to unhealthy habits, teaching of organism improvement, comprehensive physical and spiritual development.
