COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS ON REORGANIZATION SYSTEMS OF CHINA AND RUSSIA

Both China and Russia are transition countries, so their confronting problems share certain similarities. Though their general principles and essence contents of corporate reorganization systems are similar, their legislative orientation and system preference are slightly different. This paper emphatically introduced procedures of Russia’s enterprise bankruptcy reorganization system and procedure design differences of both countries were compared intuitively by comparative analysis. Therefore, this paper could broaden our horizons and provide certain ref erence for perfection of China’s reorganization system.
