ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF THE TOURIST COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTHERN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
The development of the South Kazakhstan’s tourism economy was studied, analysis of volumes of rendered tourism services, the number of places of stay, the number of tourists on inbound, outbound, inbound tourism, specific indicators of tourism services based on the 1000 population of South Kazakhstan region, the volume of tourism services per 1 inhabitant SKO were analyzed. The positive trend in performance in the cost of services rendered by tourism and an increase in the total number of tourists served. Revealed a slight increase in the dynamics of such indicators as the number of visitors in placements one-time capacity of tourism facilities. Established mismatch volumes tourism by its kinds proportions of the world experience of the World Tourism Organization, the optimum proportion between the contingents of tourists (outgoing, incoming, internal) should be 1: 1: 4; SKO according to official statistcal data in 2014, the ratio is 0.02: 1: 0.69. There is conclusion about the need for active development of domestic tourism. The connection between economic and social indicators is established, also it is concluded that the development of tourism stimulates the growth of life quality, contributes to the strengthening of stability and well-being of society.
