Abstract

In article the changes of integrative indicators of variation pulsometry at the normotensive and the hypertensive Wistar and Oxys rats are specified when modeling arterial hypertension. A research objective ? the analysis of autonomic regulation state of heart on experimental model of the arterial hypertension (AH) based on set of ethiopathogenetic factors of arterial tension increase at rats in ontogenesis for investigation of some mechanisms of AH pathogenesis in various age groups. The arterial tension level was measured by means of noninvasive monitoring system at rats with usage of the analyzer ML U/4C 501 (MedLab, China). For registration of an electrocardiogram the Poli-Spektr ? 8/V electrocardiograph was used (Neurosoftware, Russia). Vegetative regulation of heart was estimated on statistics of variation pulsometry according to R.M. Bayevsky (2000). At normotensive Oxis rats the essential increase in activity of parasympaticus of the vegetative nervous system (VNS) is revealed. Research results showed that at the hypertensive Oxis animals development of arterial hypertension is followed by reduction the trophotropic and increase the ergotropic influences on cardiovascular system that leads to activation of mainly that system, which is less active.
