Abstract
Two methods were proposed for calculating of the depth of soil freezing by high-altitudeand high-altitude winter ratios and 23 lines between 9 weather stations and 18 transitional stations. For the first time the depth of soil freezing was defined for settlements, peaks and passes of the Transcarpathian region and the zoning area was conducted.
