There was proposed and devise an accounting treatment of serviceability limit states of concrete beams reinforced with the help of the polymer composite. There were given the block schematic diagrams for calculation of concrete beam reinforced with the help of the polymer composite of penetrating action on the basis of polyisocyanate.
