Abstract
The article is devoted to the international cooperation in the sphere of criminal procedure in Russia. On the one hand, the international cooperation in crime prevention is a condition and on the other, it is a way of strengthening the intrastate and international and legal legitimacy and order. The main aim of this cooperation is developing the joint strategy and action coordination of states in crime prevention and execution of a punishment.
