Abstract
In this article the issues of formation and functioning of the motivation mechanism of agricultural labor are considered. The scientific characteristic to basic elements of the motivational mechanism is given, the failures reasons of its effective functioning are discussed. The concrete offers on overcoming the demotivation factors interfering increase of labor productivity in agrarian sector are given.
