Abstract
The article is first to describe the theoretical basis and the new gauge device on evaluation of water waste and volume provided to a farmer. The cost of this device is no more than 50 USD, its measuring uncertainty is up to 2 %, operating term is 3 months without the battery recharging; the device weights 200 gram, sized 12х7х3 cm.
