ON THE ORGANIZATION OF CONTROL IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LATEST-GENERATION STATE STANDARDS

The article considers the main problem of the modern education, which is the lack of organizational and methodological background for the ongoing monitoring procedures to develop expertise at content and activity level as well as evaluation and management level. A qualimetric approach is suggested to develop monitoring and measuring material to evaluate expertise and monitoring policy.
