ARBITRATION: NEW RULES AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES

The article describes the main changes in the regulatory and legal regulation of arbitration in Russia, with the adoption of the Federal Law of December 29, 2015 number 382-FZ. We characterize the new requirements for the organization of the arbitration courts and arbitration administration, facilitate the implementation of arbitration, innovations in matters of arbitration and to enter into settlement agreements.
