Abstract
In this research work the features of some forms of text work on the “And Quiet Flows the Don”, a novel by M.A. Sholokhov, at Russian lessons with senior pupils are considered. Recommendations for model of creation of analytical work with pupils on text material of M.A. Sholokhov are also given to the teacher of the Russian language.
