THE ISSUES OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES EDUCATION IN THE MULTICULTURAL SOCIETY OF KAZAKHSTAN

This paper examines education in a poly-ethnic region and that it initiates the solution of special cultural problems, and socio-cultural conditions of each region put forward for the formation the specific goals and objectives. The focus of the paper is to show that sustainable multilingualism of students acutely puts forward the issue of foreign language learning. The main question is the consideration of the specific native and non-native languages in a foreign languages teaching, the shortage of specialists who teach a foreign language in the official language.
