In the article presented, the results of research of sandy biscuits technology with addition of the developed walnut leaves powder (WLP) and flour ?Zdorovja? are shown. The possibility of using WLP and ?Zdorovja? in sandy paste semis technology is proved, so that will improve their chemical content.
