Abstract
This article presents the analysis and development activities of TNC. An overview of the impact of TNC on the functioning of the developing countries is done. Signs of the legal status of TNC is presented. Variations between Ukraine with TNC are filed. The influence of the global financial crisis on plans of TNCs regarding FDI. Options for investments in the country TNC are presented. The forms of direct investment in foreign markets are presented.
