Abstract

In the article the algorithms for classification of decision-makers according to the level of professional knowledge and creative abilities are suggested. The formation of groups (classes) occurs spontaneously. The completion time of the expert survey (increment number) is determined by the rate of change in the coefficient of variation or the Kemeny distance.The results of testing the algorithms on real data are presented.
