Abstract
In this article researches of methods of bringing in of for- eign investor were conducted in APK of Ukraine. Factors which influence on the dynamics of in- vestments in industry were certain. The legal aspects of the foreign investing were also analysed. The role of financial factor is certain in the investment of APK of Ukraine. The ways of improvement of investment climate of Ukraine are conditioned.
